The Kinsmen Association is an all Canadian service organization made up of outstanding community volunteers.

It boasts a 90 year history dedicated to fostering lifelong friendships while

"Serving the Community's Greatest Need".

The Kinsmen Club of Botwood has been an active and vibrant Service Club in the town since 1974.  We hold regular membership meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.  We usually have a dinner meeting on the fourth Tuesday.  We meet at the Kin Centre on Circular Road in Botwood.  We currently have over 30 members of all ages and occupations.

Our major fund raising project is our Kinsmen TV Bingo which airs on Rogers TV station 9 each Monday at 7:00 p.m.  We give to various groups and needy individuals in our community, mostly from our bingo proceeds.  We also donate to numerous other charities and causes.  The Kinsmen Club of Botwood has contributed more than $2.5 million dollars to the Town of Botwood and surrounding area since its formation in 1974.

Interspersed with our service work we have fun.  We have an annual snowmobile outing, we have moose-burger sales, we take part in Botwood Day events, we host an annual Seniors Christmas Dinner, take part in the town Santa Claus parade, and we attend zone and district functions.

We think we're a good group to be a part of, so check us out!   If you are 19 years of age with a strong desire to help others and enjoy some great fellowship, then we are looking for you.  Please reach out to any of our members or drop by the club during our meeting nights.  We will be happy to show you our Kinsmen hospitality and what our club is all about.
